I had an amazing experience shopping at ePETstore! First off, the delivery was incredibly fast – my order arrived the very next day. However, when I opened the package, I realized the jersey I bought for one of my doggos was too small. No worries though! I reached out to their customer service, and within no time, they responded with the solution. They arranged for an exchange, and the next day I had the correct size jersey delivered. I was even able to hand the smaller one back to the courier at the same time, which made the process so easy and convenient. The customer service was super friendly, and honestly, it felt like I was being helped by an old friend, thank you Jo-Le :). I’ll definitely be shopping here again and recommending them to other pet owners!
