Prepare yourself - I’m about to gush about ePETstore. It’s beyond fabulous, with a personal touch and REAL customer service. I’ve bought from them regularly for years but then came CATageddon. I’d broken my fur babies favourite scratch post. I couldn’t find a replacement anywhere except for seemingly dodgy sites. So I got hold of ePETstore, explained my dilemma and they (I’m not sure if you’re ready for this) TRACKED down the scratcher for me. And with quick and consistent contact from the nicest people. This honestly doesn’t happen these days. I cannot recommend them enough. (PS I’m housebound from illness so it’s difficult to go out and shop)
