The Seresto collar gives puppies as well as small and large dogs up to 8 months of protection against ticks and fleas with one single application. Once attached to your dog, the active ingredients—imidacloprid and flumethrin—immediately get to work. 

Parasites don’t need to bite in order for the collar to work, as it is designed to start fighting ticks and fleas on impact. The collar kills fleas in 24 hours and ticks within 48 hours.

Active Ingredients: Flumethrin 4.5%, Imidacloprid 10.0%.

Dog collar containing imidacloprid and flumethrin for the control of ticks, fleas and biting/chewing lice on dogs over 7 weeks of age. Repels and kills ticks, fleas and biting/chewing lice for up to 8 months. It is effective against larvae, nymphs and adult ticks. Efficacy against fleas and ticks starts imediately after application of the collar thereby reducing the risk of vector-borne disease transmission. In addition, the collar protects your dog's immediate surroundings against flea larvae development.

1. One collar per pet. Do not fit the collar onto more pets after initial use.
2. Fit the collar around your pet’s neck. To ensure comfort, make sure you can insert two fingers between the neck and the collar.
3. Once you’ve fit the collar, measure at least 2.5cm extra and cut off the excess.
4. Ensure the collar is worn continuously for 8 months. Check the fit periodically for puppies and kittens, as they grow fast. 
5. Keep the collar in the bag and in the outer packaging until use. Replace the collar after 8 months for optimal tick and flea protection
6. Do not remove the collar before bath time or when in the sun. Ensure there is continuous protection.
