If you're on the fence about using epetsore, read this. I have experienced consistently good service: rapid delivery, good comms, and they almost always add a personalised delivery note (addressed to my pets). Mind-blowing fast delivery - I order veterinary food for one of our cats and these guys are so fast with delivery we are often caught off guard. Their packaging is perfect and there is always a hand written note. Can absolutely recommend them.
