Does not really work that well; the smell does not last long and you need to spray it every second day to really work. And you have to spray it all over the house to really make an impact.

My cats both went to lay on the couch and bed where I had just sprayed. Didn't work at all.

YES - there's always that one poor chair our cats seems to LOVE and clearly misinterpret to be a tree of some sort. We have one of those, so I bought this product out of desperation and enthusiastically sprayed said chair like the perfume lady enthusiastically spritzes us at the mall. Let me tell you - it was worth it! I'm proud to report that it's been 3 months and the chair is in the clear. It could obviously work differently for different cats, but in this home, our home - it was our saving grace. I really do recommend this product, really really really.
