1. Put a tasty treat or kibble into one empty compartment.
2. Cover the compartment with the bone. Make sure your puppy sees you doing this.
3. Close the compartment, but leave the others open for your pup to explore.
4. Show your puppy how the compartments open and close again. If the treats are successfully nuzzled out and eaten, give verbal praise.
5. Try Round 2 with two treats, and continue to add more. The more treats or food you place under the compartments, the more exciting the game gets.
