Body itself was good, but the one wheel just came out during the flight. Didn’t break, just came out. Now we can’t use the wheels because there are only three of them.

Got this for my Beagle girl so we can travel with her in the car and not be worried about her safety should an accident happen. It was easy to assemble and it's very spacious for her not to feel enclosed. She enjoys her crate and all the journeys we go on, it has definitely made travelling easier!

I just got my crate today, still battle to put door in, not much explanation one peace of paper, with black and white copy , where u can't see what u suppouse to do with the door, and I have another problem, was expected to have some handle on top and maybe handle to push the crate, how I suppouse to push crate with that size on wheels, with out any handle, very weird it's should be like suite case come with handle to drive easy , not put ur self banding positions to push the crate with 15 kg dog in it ,disappointed

Replacing a crate I use three or four times a week for transporting my Malinois. same physical dimensions but the sloping sides of the design means this one is much narrower at the base.. It is also far less sturdy. Some poorly finished edges on the plastic make it uncomfortable to lift in and out of my vehicle.especially with the dog inside. Price was very goof, delivery good and the ordering experience was great, product is merely okay.

I would like to know , can this carrier be dismantled without tools?
