Exceptional customer service, they responded to my WA and solved my query in record time. What blew me away was that I ordered my pups goods at 10am on Wednesday and everything was delivered by 2pm the following day. Also they are more affordable than most stores :)

I ordered some spoils for my two rescue fur babies on Wednesday. It was my first order from epetstore and as this company is based in Joburg and I'm in Cape Town, I wasn't expecting delivery before next week. Well, at 11am this morning, Friday, my box of goodies arrived and in the box was a handwritten note wishing me a cuddly winter season. I loved that. And even before I actually put in the order I got myself a bit confused and after an email to epetstore asking for assistance, I received a phone call from Jo-Le who couldn't have been more patient and helpful. Seriously blown away by the personal service and to add to that, fantastic products and competitive prices. I am an avid online shopper and literally don't leave the house (being someone with MS it makes my life so much easier). I will definitely have epetstore on my list of favourite online shopping destinations. Thank you all so much for this amazing experience.
